MarkleBank's Insured Money Market account offers a higher rate of interest than our interest checking and offers limited check writing. A minimum opening balance of $100 is all it takes to get started. The $10 monthly service charge is waived if at least $2,500 is kept in the money market account.

A maximum of six (6) withdrawals (including those made at an ATM) may be made per month. No more than three (3) of the six (6) withdrawals can be by check (per federal regulations). However, an unlimited number of withdrawals can be made in person (inside the bank). An unlimited number of deposits is allowed as well.
