Q. What does it cost to use iPay?

A. iPay is free. If you don’t use iPay for ninety (90) days, your account becomes inactive and you will be charged a non-refundable monthly fee until you reinstate your iPay account.

 

Q. How do I get my iPay account back to active status?

A. Simply go into iPay and pay a bill. Your account will become active and you will not be charged the $5 monthly fee the following month.

 

Q. Can I pay any payee or can I only pay vendors on a select list?

A. You may pay any payee. If a payee is not set up to receive your payment electronically, iPay will send a check on your behalf to your payee.

 

Q. I waited too long to make my payment. Can I rush my payment to my payee?

A. Yes. iPay will send your payment Next Business Day (check) for $14.95, Second Day Standard for $9.95 (check), or Second Day Economy (electronic) for $4.95.

 

Q. Can I transfer money from my MarkleBank checking account to a checking or savings account at another bank?

A. Yes. You will set that account holder up as a payee. You must have the routing and account numbers for the receiving account.

 

Q. Can I make a loan payment at another bank?

A. Yes. You would pay it like you would any other bill. If the vendor won’t receive the check electronically, iPay will send a check.

 

Q. Can I receive email notifications or reminders before my bills are due?

A. You can develop customized communications where you are notified each time a particular event occurs through your iPay account. You can schedule reminders for each time you need to schedule a payment, transfer funds, send a donation or gift, and much more.
